Man Renee, you sure are good with the math ... I read, and reread your "bead list," and can't "grok" it ... I'm leaving all that to FH, TM and others here who aren't math challenged like I am...
I apologize for seeming/sounding like I was coming down hard on you ... the fact that you haven't been stable for so long is a large part of my concern ... and my reason for urging you to go as slowly as possible .... if you are unstable now, and have been for a long time, the thought of you doing anything that could make you even more unstable just freaks me out ...
Are you / we even sure that getting off Cymbalta is the best thing for you to be doing right now?
This is part of why I'm going to try to find you some options for other docs and a med management in-patient place where you can get some focused help sorting the meds and conditions out ...
When you were first put on meds those many years ago, do you remember what the meds were, and for what conditions? Was this by your own choice, or were you young enuf that your parents were involved? (I apologize if you've told us this before, I didn't find it in your earlier posts that I've reread.)
