Hi notsureaboutit

The half life is the time it takes for the concentration of a substance to decrease by half. The half life of Cymbalta (duloxetine) is 12 hours. Regardless of the dosage size 30mg, 60mg etc, it will diminish to half that value in the bloodstream in 12 hours: 30mg will be 15mg in 12 hours; 60mg will be 30mg in 12 hours.

The bead count is not related, so don't worry about that.

You can see how a drug with a short half life can bring on withdrawal symptoms quickly. Some people advocate taking drugs with short half lives twice a day instead of once to maintain a more level dosage in the body.

f you have configured in your control panel to receive immediate topic reply notifications, you may receive an
email for each reply made to this topic. Otherwise, only 1 email is sent per board visit for each subscribed topic.
This is to limit the amount of mail that is sent to your inbox.

So this note that came with this repy? Does this mean within the website itself or in my iPad?
I don't use a pc, use my iPad so it doesn't have a control panel.
I would imagine I had more replays?
Thanks

NSAI, at the top right of each topic page is a rectangular "follow this topic" button ... that's what you click to notify the site that you want to receive notices of new posts to that specific forum....

Also, look to the top right of the home page (actually any page)... just above the search box... you'll see your user name, with a little white "arrowhead pointing downward" thingy next to it .... click on the thingy... you'll get a drop down menu with a bunch of different links ... two of those links are "my settings" and "manage content I follow" .... I think one of those two is where you can go to change the settings for how you get notifications about new posts, new PMs, etc....

Or, you can just do what I did... push all the buttons, try all the links in the drop down arrow thingy ... in general, play around with it ... basically, get everything all screwed up ... then you can spend the next day trying to unscrew it ... think of it as "cognitive therapy" for discontinuation effects....  ;)
