Far Out..!!

 

Hi everyone.  I found a new look for my alter ego Gori the Gorilla and I thought I'd test him out here.  What do you think? 

 

Mom and I are still here in the fight..and what a fight it's been.  All kinds of new respect for my Mom..one tough cookie.

Strong feeling

Is anyone here? Long time no see. Not getting any stronger here, but I am happy that the anxiety is gone. Moments of depression come in waves. I would say that the worst is the intense fatigue even after 12 hour sleep.

The plan is to start chemo (Sutent) tomorrow. Seeing my doctor today, he may want to wait a bit because of the fatigue. So I think.

This stuff is so expensive, 7,000$ for one month!!! Thank God for Quebec insurance plan.
It will cost me six dollars!!!!

Yes, I started last Tuesday. Absolutely no side effects. Fatigue comes in mid afternoon, I have to say that I do a lot of things, perhaps too much. Thanks for asking.

Finally!!  I can now get back on this forum...don't know why it didn't want me here but it wouldn't let me get a password!  Sheesh!!!

 

So happy to be back as I have missed all of you so much and am looking forward to meeting so many of you who are new - I hope to be of some help to all of you!!

Dogs are OK but Sherman is like me - when the barometer falls we are both in bad shape...he has about 3 inches of his spine fused with arthritis. 

  

Fibro is not good but I see a new pain Dr. on Tues.  The one I had (one of my favorite drs ever) has left and now practicing in Orlando.  My GP is leaving the end of Oct to be a traveling Dr.  The 2 best I have ever had!

Doing fine TFL. I am still on a very slow taper of my lorazepam. That goes well. After that I will work on my Zoloft. Glad you are back. have a good night.
