I have used this many times when typewriters were the thing. That was before IBM came out with the first correcting typewriter.
I am doing great Kathy, thanks for asking. Some minor health problems lately but am on the mend.

I'm bored but I don't want to work. I always said if I had a month at home, I'd declutter and clean my house. Well I've been home for 18 months and I haven't started to do that yet.
well I clean around the clutter! lol

lost (the) plot
Merry Christmas to everyone! Wishing you all a lovely time wherever you may be and whatever you may be doing. My thoughts today are especially those who have lost loved once due to the pandemic and face the holiday without their company. My prayers are with you all.

I don't know if any of our members, or those behind the scenes have links to Eastern Europe, but my heart goes out to you. I have family on the borders of the Ukraine and these are very difficult times. For those in the same situation, I give you the comfort of Psalm 31;
"“Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me. Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me. Keep me free from the trap that is set for me, for you are my refuge. Into your hands I commit my spirit; deliver me, Lord, my faithful God”."
God Bless you all

God Bless the Queen (1926-2022)
You will be sadly missed.
Seventy years as the monarch of my country and did more than anyone could ever do in her position. I mourn the loss of a loyal, generous, God-fearing woman along with the rest of the country.

...and a very Merry Christmas from me too, fortunately not having to endure the temperatures that Hat is braving at the moment.
My thoughts go out to so many people at this time of year as we all know it can be very tough. Not afraid to admit that I still struggle at this time of the year, but there is always someone out there to help - never suffer in silence.
God Bless you all.
