After weeks of constant anxiety & panic, late afternoon on Sunday I suddenly realized I felt OK. Like me again. No anxiety at all. For the rest of the evening, I felt good.
The next morning when I got up, the anxiety was back again.
The late afternoon/evening calm returned a couple more times this week. Then anxiety again the next day. Has this happened to other people? Is this typical of what people experience as their brain is trying to find its equilibrium?
