Thanks all for the PMs & emails that I have not replied to. I cannot remember when I started posting here, perhaps 2 years ago?

For some reason I seem to be going through a ridiculous rebound of the zaps. Clometiazole, lamotrigine & benzos seem to be helping, but don't try this one at home kids, unless you would like to die like Keith Moon.

That said when the zaps come back, it's kind of like meeting an abusive ex partner in a controlled environment. You know what you endured, you know that you escaped from it, and it isn't as scary this time round.

That really sucks but does not surprise me at all.

I had been trying to pretend that it was my imagination for quite some time then went back to taking Omega-3 1000mg 3 times a day and that has reduced the intensity and frequency of them. I have too many other medications that I must take so I will not add more now. Besides the omega-3 helps enough that I can handle it as long as I do not let myself get too tired.

So good to hear from you, Adam!  Yes, it has been a long time...    I have been on this forum for over 2 years now.
