...T-shirts that say something to the effect of "I've survived Cymbalta withdrawal, I can survive anything!" ;) Tomorrow is 1 year since I entered the whole withdrawal mess. The most grueling year of my life. I am nowhere near done with this mess, as it took me 6 months of doctors upping and downing my dose to try to fix things and get me off completely, so I've only been off for 6 months. Doctors in the hospital said it could be a long time before I'm settled back down. My nervous system is still in "hyperarousal" but I've started to see some improvements in some things the last couple of months.

I need help and I know I will feel better if I can offer help to others

Being in Hyperarousal is a good way of explaining the way the nervous system is acting when first off this crap for sure.

I completely agree with you on that.

Hang in there it does get better.

I want my t-shirt in green to match the mental anguish we go through getting off of it.

Green is the color for mental health awareness.

If that does not work out then a purple one because it is my favorite color
