I decided to go off cymbalta because it was interfering with my sex life. Well, I am in my second week and I have noticed that my brain is quieter. Before I was always thinking about anything and everything and sometimes was hard for me to stay focused on the tasks I was doing. I would start thinking of other projects, things I wanted to do and would find myself go off in different directions. I was always having to remind myself to stay on track.

I can also now just relax and be still. Has anyone else noticed this, was the cymbalta causing me to on the go all the time mentally?

Hi Darci,

Great post, I can definitely relate ! While on the poison, I was unable to focus ... it messed up my work, my joy of reading, my focus on everything ... I'm so glad you're off the stuff now and that your brain is stable again....

Keep posting, please ... you've got a lot to contribute here!   :)
