The brain zaps are back this week. My legs keep jumping and the pain radiating up from my feet to my legs is horrible. The pain in my right foot when it touches the ground every morning is almost unbearable. Putting full pressure on it just about kills me. I have broken and fractured this same foot on two separate occasions in the past. So, of course I lean more towards the Sinbalta making think my injury is acting up.  Sometime just putting full weight on it in the mornings makes it feel like it's going to pop. I have actually felt it pop hear recently on more than one occasion. If I exercise it some before I get up it's not as bad, but I don't have much time for that during the week, it's easier done on the weekends.

Oh, and the tiredness is terrible right now.  I don't feel like I'm getting any rest at all.  I am so tired during the day it's unreal.

Every night I use nasal spray to clear my nose so that I can breath through my nose when I lay down and put my CPAP on.  Last night I did this and laid down and put on my mask and I just couldn't breath.  It made me restless, which I finally stopped myself from moving so much but I had tears coming down my face. Eventually, although I couldn't tell you how long it took, my breathing tempered and I was mouth and breath through my nose. I don't even know when I finally went to sleep but the next time I woke up it was only shortly after midnight. I don't even know how many times I woke up last night.

I literally feel worn down.  Almost to the point that if I closed my eyes during the day I don't know when I would wake up.  I have had to get up several times today to boost my energy. I walk around and talk to the girls in the office or go outside but it doesn't last long once I get back to my desk. Taking my glasses off and rubbing my eyes and yawning like crazy. I am just so very tired.

By the way, have I mentioned I'm tired!!!! This is frustrating because it puts such a strain on the family because patience falls short when your tired. The kids start school tomorrow and I have to be on my game. My husband's new job has longer hours, which puts him getting home just around bedtime for them, especially once school starts. I have to be able to hit the ground running when I get up and not be ready to really stop until they go to bed at night.

In updated medical news, I will be starting Concerta/Methylphenidate this weekend since I was finally able to see a counselor and get a recommendation for it. I also have a Titration Sleep Study on the 20th of this month to evaluate by Sleep Apnea.

Tired, just so very, very tired.
