I have told myself I am fine but I am not really. I had to get off of it because my medical doctor told me to quit because my liver functions were really high.

I had become a really bad introvert. I haven't been going anywhere. Now I am always on edge, shaky, sweating.

Is there a natural antidepressant or one that is not harmful to your liver?

Your liver is a purifying station for your blood. It tries to remove any unrecognized chemicals coming into it. Nearly any medicine, if strong enough, can cause liver problems. The short answer....No.  Sorry!

Hello Silverseed,

Long time no see. Take a look on a long post made by Fishinghat, in Medical support. Title is Benson information, it's not only about benzos. If I recall correctly, natural products like Gaba are mentioned. And other antidepressants.

Come by anytime, you can also PM FiveNotions, she knows a lot about it!

I know. That is why I haven't taken anything (Tylenol, etc) in probably 6 years. I take Liverite, fish oil, and a vitamin every day. But lately I have had to take a xanax like 2 times a week (1/2 of a 0.5).
