im off cymablta for a few months after a long time of slowly tapering down
but im considering going on a different anti-depressant medication but i cant decide which one.
which ones have the least dangerous half-lives and which ones are less likely to give you hell when you get off it?

The longer the half-life the better (less stressful) the withdrawal.

Best in my book is Lexapro, Prozac and Zoloft. Not in any particular order.

Worse are the SNRI family, Paxil, Effexor, Cymbalta, etc.

Just my opinion.

5 months on cymbalta, scary side effects, to get help and to return the favor if I can.

Prozac has the longer half life. Followed by Zoloft.

Just try to stay away from SNRI's. You may try a mood stabilizer first, that could be enough.

Buspar is a good low key anxiety med to try.
