I found this site in January of 2016. I read the topics on how to wean myself of the medication and took action. Im crying tears of joy as I type because the struggle to come off the medication was immense before I found this site. Opening the pills and counting out the beads felt like my last hope. My husband laughed at me and thought I was nuts but it worked. For anyone who is reading this and is unsure if counting beads will work, I tell you JUST DO IT. It is December and I have been Cymbalta free since May. No more brain zaps and extreme moodiness. I thought I would be chained to this drug forever but this forum helped me - it cured me. Thank you for creating this forum. You are truly saving lives
