im remembering now that when i tapered off of cymbalta (went donw 5mg every two weeks) i took out the beads of the capsule and never put the remainder of the beeds not used back into the capsule.
the last 4 weeks i was on cymbalta (2 weeks 10 mg 2 weeks 5) i think its safe to say that all the beeds i had taken were out of the capsules for quite some time.
could this be why im feeling like shit over 2 months after getting off cymbalta?

It may add to the withdrawal some but probably not too much. They are a coated time release bead. The capsule itself is designed to dissolve in about 15 minutes in the acid of the stomach. It just shouldn't cause an issue. For most of our site members it sems to take 8 to 12 weeks to start to feel better once off the Cymbalta. Even then progress is slow. Three steps forward and two back.
