Bleeding Lips

Latest lovely event I'd my lips blistering and bleeding. They were dry for ages and I used tons lip balm. Any advice?

I don't have much help here. This will pass as the withdrawal goes on but the only thing I can suggest right now to help the bleeding stop and clot is cold compresses. Sorry, wish I could help more.

Thanks for the response anyway, it helps :) I'll give the cold compress a go. I have bought Blistex for the dry areas which haven't blistered which is helping if anyone else is experiencing this. My painful red face rash only lasted a few days so hopefully the lip bleeding will only last a few too.
