I've taken 60 mg. Of Cymbalta for over 9 yrs. After feeling extreme fatigue for a long time, along with several other side effects, I am very motivated to slowly wean off of it and say goodbye to an aweful drug.

For many months I've noticed just before I fall asleep I get shivers ( I welcomed that because I knew I was about to sleep!) But many times I get a weird sensation as I'm drifting off, like a small seizure, not one of those jolts you have, but it something strange in my head. I know it goes on for a while but I kind of sleep into it so don't know any more about what happens. Maybe its brain zaps and I just have them when I sleep? Just wondering if others have had this.

Yes, I had them for about two weeks.  I actually ended up sleeping in my recliner, because I would get dizzy, and those jolts would wake my husband up.  Sitting up helped.

Are you supplementing with anything?  Honestly, I took dramamine (right before bed) and it helped with the jolts, dizzy spells, and helped me sleep.

I also took Vitamin B-complex and fish oil.  I think the dramamine helped the most, because I was soooooo dizzy without it.

Hope this helps.

These aren't really jolts, it's more like shivers, then kind of tingly shakes. But then I fall asleep. Yes, I take vitamin B and Fish Oil, haven't taken Dramamine but sounds like a good idea for dizziness!
