The important thing about fish oil is the omega 3 types. There are three types of omega 3 fatty acids. Ala, EPA and DHA. The EPA and DHA are the ones that are important for brain health, anxiety and withdrawal. You should take an Omega 3 supplement that contains at least 2000 mg of total EPA and DHA for maximum effect.
