Cymbalta Paws, Protractred Withdrawal Or Relapse?

Hi again,
Just wanted to give an update to you guys and other people that might read this thread now or in the future.
I went to the ER two days after my last message here and stayed there for almost 14 days.
It was a really good decision and I was able to get some well-needed rest and new energy to move forward.
While there I was re-instated with 60mg Cymbalta again. I have soon been on that dosage for 3 weeks.
Initially I had an upswing of anxiety and the same thoughts as written before. That didn't phase me so much since I've had this for almost 3 months (and was in the safety of people around me). I was prescribed Hydroxizin for times when anxiety was too much to handle myself and propiomazin to sleep (the later has been a god-send to be able to sleep well without anxiety and waking up several times a night, or not sleeping at all). Hydroxizin has helped a little to make me tired and more calm. I'm waiting for results of the 60mgs and hope it will be soon - but my experience has been that any change will take 6 weeks for me to be able to become stable again, which for me means 3 more weeks. I'm still scared to be alone but I can handle it a bit better now - I'm eager to feel better now and I'm pretty sure that I will after the 3 upcoming weeks. I have also begun a new analysis of my mental diagnosis since I'm thinking I may have OCD (pure ocd) as well as GAD - I'll have to wait and see what my doctor says.
Best Regards

Thank you fishinghat for the reply. Hydroxyzine works well, better than benzos which gives me more anxiety the day after and a low mood.
I'm not planning to wean the cymbalta from this point forward. I have to focus on my well-being for quite some time forward I think - which is OK by me.
As long as it's working and I feel fine, that's what it's all about for me
