I am, but it's hard to work when you want to pass out in the general direction of a bed.

Bless you Oz.

Really sounds like you have your work cut out trying to find a medicinal equilibrium for your situation. You will find it soon enough, but remember to give each combination time to settle. Patience is such a virtue at these times.

Really hope your lab studies are going well. Keep going as best you can - always here for you.

I will give the following plan FOREVER if it works.

6AM - Pantoprazole 40 mg
7AM - Sertraline 50 mg
4-5PM - Omega 3 supplement
0,25 mg Xanax if needed (2 doses max)
Hydroxyzine 25 mg 1 hr before sleep

Studies are going well, thank you for asking :)

Thanks for the kind words, IUN. I know I will overcome everything thrown my way but I wish it would be little easier and ended a little sooner.

Ozgun

I have to give you that, your self confidence is awesome. When you have this, you can do anything.

You remind me of my mom, nothing could stop her. She went at the University when she was 72, and she got her certificate in language. She died at 80, what a birdl

This question is for everyone: Is it normal that I have a splitting headache every night? I thought it was related to high doses of Zoloft, but I should've adapted by now. But then again, I am still nauseous.

Gail thank you :'( I worked very hard for the self-confidence thing and I have a lot to learn still, but what you said means so much to me.

And your mom was a formidable woman. A degree in her late 70's? Hooo boy

You have been moving doses a fair bit, and as headaches are the most common complaint amongst dose changes, I would put my money on that.

The fact that it is at the same time is also a good sign. Anything sinister it would be a lot more persistent and you would have balance issues and/or vision problems.

And absolutely for Gailage's Mom-age. She will now be teaching everyone upstairs... a very strong character!

Update: I changed the time I took Zoloft in that plan (11 AM), and I feel better. The only thing left to take care of is the g*****n gas. Prebiotic or probiotic or both? Or should I do something else entirely?

Prebiotics simply get an early jump on the action of probiotics. Just my personal opinion but I don't see much advantage to them except in the case of certain diseases of the mouth.

Hey hey hello, I think it's time for an update!

After deliberate planning and a shot of anti-allergic (allergic sinusitis), I have my meds going for me, I believe. Nausea is mostly gone, I'm not depressed but I don't want to leave my bed really, I get exhausted during the day. I began my physical therapy journey with ultrasound, TENS and hotpack and boy am I sore (it's normal they said). I think I got through the worst of it?

Hey Oz!!

So glad things are looking good on the med front for you. You have persevered long enough.

Had ultrasound and TENS once before on upper back and shoulders and remember, but it did work. What was worrying though was the massive coloured dude who was the therapist. He looked like he could have snapped me in half in one sitting.. and I'm 6'4" :)

It's nice to see you as well, Gail. It's for my arms and my neck.

Thanks, IUN! And yes, it worked wonders for my neck muscles even after 4 days.

Studies are fine, but I'm not. I can't leave the bed because my earlier symptoms worsened. I don't know what to think.

Any opinions, FishingHat? Anyone?

My condition feels like a combination of fibromyalgia and akathisia, by the way.

I would presume it is a relapse in your withdrawal but hard to tell. Not the typical relapse symptoms unless you suffered from fibro or akathisia. Usually symptoms that were had previous to Cymbalta withdrawal will show up after withdrawal worse then before but fades with time. Any previous fibro or akathisia?

Fibro, I don't know. But I think my previous serotonin syndromes were akathisia, with C up to 60 and Z up to even 25.

I would say it is probably a flair up and you should be Ok in 24 hours or so. Just take it easy.

I'm sorry to hear of these symptoms. It is so disheartening when things go right, only then to turn around again. But as we all know, this is the nature of the withdrawal. I sincerely hope that they abate as Hat says within 24 hours, and in the meantime take advantage of the time in bed and relax your body and mind as best you can.
