Hang in there Frog. We are all on a journey we don't want to be on together- but we can do it!

Do you know when you're going to stop the 2 beads yet?

I take 2 weeks between drops juuuuust in case. I should be at 0 in 3.5 weeks. March 9 will hopefully be my last day!

Well done, you're nearly there!
I really feel like I've got asthma and needed to take my inhaler earlier. My husband came near me earlier with some strong aftershave on and I felt like I couldn't breathe!

These symptoms have only come on since I've weaned off this poison. Has anyone else developed asthma from this?

Thanks.

Polly

I kind of doubt this would GIVE you asthma, but I can see how it could contribute to existing asthma if the frequent anxiety causes shortness of breath. Plus I believe you said you had a doctor listen to your lungs and everything was clear. I would think if it was asthma, he would have noticed something

I have never had asthma before all of this but when I saw the asthma nurse she said I had mild asthma and gave me 2 inhalers to use if I need them. I haven't really needed them up until recently. It has only come on since Cymbalta.

So tired of it all now😓. Sorry to vent, just had a bad day.
