Hello, I was reading through the ebook and noticed that there is no clarification on weather some of the cold and flu medicines are tablets or liquid? I think it will help if these were written more clearly.

thank you

Thanks for your suggestion Maginnis.

The trouble is that such remedies are constantly changing and often become available in many different forms - be it liquid, tablet, powders etc. But the focal point of this part of the book is for people to have a good reference to what helps and which OTC meds have which active ingredients.

Where the med is available in different dispensing medium, the choice is then up to the member to chose which they find easier to work with during their withdrawal.

Just to add to what IUN said... This is especially true overseas. Many of our members are from countries other than the USA (such as IUN) and the product ingredients and forms vary widely there as well.
