I am on my second day of withdrawing from cymbalta from 60 mg to 30 mg........with 20 mg of prozac. Not a single withdrawal symptom. This is my fourth attempt off this crap, so I know what to expect from withdrawal symptoms. Tomorrow I am only going to take the 20 mg of prozac and see what happens. From what I have read, prozac is not a big deal to get off of. I am also taking 10,000IU of Vitamin D, plus magnesium and fish oil pills. VITAMINS REALLY help.....give it a shot.
