I just wanted to let everyone know that only days after I felt horrible both physically and psychologically, I'm pretty sure I'm turning the corner on my current dose of 20mg. Only one round of diarrhea in the morning, much less anxiety, thoughts less busy. Think an exercise class helped a bit, and my meditation practice and time and this Board. More soon. It helps to have a few good days. Think I'll reduce more slowly the next step. Finally open up the capsules -- I'm a bit phobic about this process!
Hooray - good to hear! Don't worry, I'm sure we all felt a little weird opening the capsules for a start, but you'll soon get used to it. Look at how many of us have done it, and have done better than using other methods.
And now we're all perfectly normal. *twitch twitch*

Glad to hear that updosing has helped. Don't worry, I've seen a number of people at Paxil Progress have to do that. I'm afraid it just takes time to get off these blasted drugs. Esp for those of us who have been on them for many years (me!)
I'm still feeling the effects from my last Aropax (Paxil) drop. Sleep and I aren't spending enough time together lately. Esp quality time. Hmmmm....
Cheers

I didn't updose. I dropped from 30 to 20. It's just taken a few weeks to settle down at that dose. How long ago did you do your last Aropax drop?
