I'm on 60mg twice a day of Cymbalta. I want to switch to natural substances for depression; I deal with my Fibro some other way. Has anyone heard of Amoryn?

It sounds like you are on a super huge dosage of cymbalta. I´ve read that the therapeutic dosage is 60mg, that anything beyond that doesn´t bring additional benefits. I´ve taken cymbalta for depression (not Fibro), once my doctor increased my dosage from 60 to 90mg and I felt the same. So be careful, 60mg twice a day seems a large dose. I am not a doctor though, I am just a cymbalta user (trying to get rid of it). Besides I´ve read on this site, how difficult it is to come out of this drug. So it´s better if you stay at a lower dosage, so the decrease when you want to wean off of it, is going to be smaller. I do not know about Amoryn, do your own research on the internet.
