I thought things were going pretty well for me after my 4th week off of this crap but now because I experienced the paralyisis when waking up I am having problems going to sleep at night. I swear it is just one thing after another with this withdrawal. It has been about 6 weeks for me. Is anyone feeling like themselves yet? If so how long did it take? I am begining to think I might never feel like I did before I started taking this stuff. I think I could have handled my panic attacks and depression without medication if I would have known about this withdrawal thing.

Yes, I have had those times where I am asleep, yet trying to wake myself up, and feel paralyzed, if that is what you are describing as paralysis. It makes me nervous to try to go to sleep sometimes too.

I'm on day 27, I think, and still have a way to go. It is better than it was for sure, but I still have the zaps, and trouble sleeping, and I mentioned in another post, the last week, my stomach is bothering me a lot. I had no nausea or anything at the beginning.
