If nothing else my attitude is a little better (so far) today. I woke up feeling very anxious....worked through that with prayer and meditation.....better now that I'm up and moving. Some muscle aches but not nearly as bad after two days back on my "modified" 60 mg dose ( pour a few out) . A week on the 30 mg had a much bigger impact than I was prepared for. Mild vertigo still. Dull headache. AAARRRGGGHHH !

Things I'm doing to try and help myself through this transition.......

Daily list so I don't feel so overwhelmed
Water, vitamins, snacks....remembering to breathe
Reminding myself that how I feel is because of the medication and I won't always feel this way.
Planning to walk a little after lunch
Keeping in touch with people who understand or at least love me anyway !

I'd love any other tips anyone might have !

That sounds like a great list to start with, and I should probably take some notes! If you feel your concentration is okay, try reading if you feel anxious, or watching something light and silly on TV or DVD. It was easier for me to be entertained with comedy when I felt unpleasant. 1/2 hour sitcoms, heck, I was even watching Arthur on public TV!
