Hi all.... Part of my problem is the horrible brain fog of decreasing my dosage but would someone mind telling me exactly how you go about the counting process, how you do it--what is your process of counting, do you refill caps, use only beads, where you put excess, etc.? I just can't seem to wrap my brain around how to do this. I'm sorry if this is the dumbest question ever. :-\
