Dear Christine:
Do not be scared, everyone is different. Not ALL people suffer from withdrawal symptoms. And among the people that do suffer withdrawal, the symptoms intensity may vary. The important thing about this site, is that if you feel something unusual you can check if it is a withdrawal symptom.

It has been useful to me to keep a diary of symptoms, and to pay attention to those that are unusual

Hey there,
Going cold turkey on any anti-depressant is bad news. I highly recommend you ask your doctor for a tapering off program. MY doctor did it for me when I Was on Zoloft and it worked beautifully and took a month all up. I am on Cymbalta now, and unfortunately am once again sick of the side effects of taking these drugs.
