Hi Kathy,
I am, to a degree, in your boat. Lost my job and insurance and now am out of Cymbalta. Wanted off the stuff anyway, and now haven't a choice or a physician. I joined this forum just today after 6 days off and from what I'm reading, withdrawal is varied in length and severity. One person posted they're having what they're calling "brain zaps" after a few months off the med. Many have suggested the use of Omega 3 supplements with one suggesting a dose of 3600mg daily. Everyone seems very encouraging in this forum... I'm glad I joined.

I hope your symptoms subside soon and life becomes more liveable. I am fortunate to have a very supportive family and friend support network.
