I've been gone on "summer" for a while and just decided to pop back in. I need to read people's posts to see how you all are doing, and bolster up my own resolve to keep it up.
Got down to 12mg, and maybe went a little too fast last week, but I am still plugging away. Sure is one bumpy road.
I'll come back to chat some more a little later, got to go pick up my son soon.

- I feel like Im in a fog and I need to concentrate at my new job. Everyting in me is rejecting taking this medication and I started looking around tonight and found this site. I hope someone will reach out to me. I feel alone in a new city with a new challenging job. Thanks.

Thanks for coming back since Im new as of today. Im going to start the slow reduction method with supplements and exercise. I need my concentration back! marybeth
