Dear DSBF:
If this is helpful to you, I had trouble breathing at the beginning of my weaning. My breathing was very short, and it was hard to breath. It would last all day and then at night I would wake up in the middle of the night because my brain wasn´t sending signals to my lungs to breath. Amazingly the trouble breathing dissapeared.
I have also had stomach issues (although they are not the symptom that bother me the most), flu like symptoms, high blood pressure.

Most of these symptoms come and go. The only one that dissapeared completely is the breathing problem.

About being spacey, I´ve had several types of spacey. Sometimes my mind goes blank, sometimes my brain feels weightless, usually I forget words for people and places I know well.

I started weaning months ago, and for me the hardest part was when I reduced from 22mg to 20mg. I had to stay on that dose for a long while until my brain adjusted. Amazingly I felt good when I dropped to 17mg, then to 15mg.

Hugs
