"They" say that there are two groups of people: those who have trouble getting off of Cymbalta and those who don't. Unfortunately, we don't know which group we're in until we try. You could try to drop it and see how it goes. I'm not a doctor but if you're not feeling so good by the second or third day then you could take half a dose and see how it goes.
