I totally agree on the exercise and nutrition.
However I have 2 comments. You mention you were on cymbalta for 10 years. Cymbalta was put on the market in 2004
Second you mention that cymbalta keeps dopamine high. Cymbalta only works on serotonin and norepinephrine.
