I went off Cymbalta pretty fast. I was on 120 mg a day and I took it down to 60 mg for two days and then 30 for 3 days. I have been completely off for 4 days now and all is good except for this extreme irritation and outbursts of anger toward my loved ones!!! I am just out of control! I really need to hear some input on this and if anyone is experiencing this. Also how long, etc... This is horrible and I feel awful because I literally have to remove myself and then when I calm down - an hour later or whatever - I feel horrible and don't know why I am doing this!

As for the shocks - I experienced those really bad when I went off Paxil and experienced very few light ones this time and the reason I think that I haven't felt these is because of the neuropathic pain medication I am on called Lyrica. I really think this is the reason. I guess I am lucky but I was curious if anyone else is on this and is also not experiencing the brian zaps?

any input will help! thx
