Hi Everyone I am from Australia - I am doing the bead count thing over a long period of time as in 1 mg per week argg its driving me crazy more than the cymbalta...

So what I would like to know is are their any other Australians out there from the posts I am reading the U.S seems to have a differnt bead count to what we do here we have lots and lots of little beads around 570 or so..

I am currently up to taking out 200 beans per night. and have got to this amount by taking out 10 beads (which i think equates to around 1mg not sure)per week since march I guess I started.

Anyway I really want and need to do is increase this as I am keen to get me off this and onto something more suitable.

I have BDP and want to try prozac and or pristiq not sure which yet. Anyways any help would be great.
