Im only 19. My doctor has me taking 120mg a day of Cymbalta and am fasty approaching the time which I need to stop taking them. Im totally freaked out because I've read/heard the horror stories of people stopping cold turkey but they all seem to people taking dosages much smaller then mine. Im really scared. I take it for GAD and read people experience heightened anxiety when stopping. Which is a big problem as that's why I take them.
I really want to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
Anything to do with withdrawal symptoms, ways to cope or any advise please.

Hello:
I took 60mg for 5 years. There was a period in which my dose was increased to 90mg. I found that this higher dosage didn´t bring me additional benefitis, only side effects. I am not a doctor, all I can tell you is coming from such a high dosage the best thing you can do is to taper slowly.
