I was only on cymbalta for a short time. 30 mg for a week, then 60 mg for 2 days (started feeling severe "brain buzz") so I went back down to 30 mg. I took it for only 2 days and then took myself off of it. I was only on it for a total of 11 days. It has now been 6 days off, and I am still having the dizziness and lightheadedness. How long does it take to go away? I would think that i have been off of it for half the time I was on it and I am still struggling. It makes it hard to even get through a day at work. I just want to be myself again! But it is great to read so many other posts, I'm glad I'm not alone.
