I'm just starting to get a little support from my BF because he finally knows that I'm not lying when I tell him I feel like shit all the time. I've read him what other people have been writing and he knows that I'm not alone. It helps me to feel I'm not alone as well. I get a lot of support from my family and friends and my job is very understanding as well. That really helps with the whole process.
