I've been on Cymbalta 120 mg for about 18 months now, and can't really say it has made much difference. I still have the brain zaps and suicidal ideations while on the drug, but have started Wellbutrin 3 months ago and that has helped some. Insurance changed recently and now the Rx for Cymbalta is $155 + a month. For me the drug is not worth the money. Maybe my body is instead addicted to it and once the withdrawals subside my brain may (hopefully) return to some sort of normal. I've read all the withdrawal symptoms and guess what? They are identical to the symptoms I have while on it. Am wondering if all this antidepressant use is helpful at all. Would like to hear other people's perspectives.
