After thryoid cancer surgery Cymbalta stopped working. I was on it since 2005 and after cancer I was more depressed on Cymbalta than I am without it. For me I am not sure which has been worse the cancer, or the Cymbalta withdrawals.

I hope I will never have to ask this question that you have asked. I bow to you in humbleness in your recovery and surviving of cancer. My fear of cancer is probably 80% of my fear and anxiety. My dad died of cancer in May of 1996 and that is when my anxiety started. My first panic attack was sometime that summer. I could not imagine that the withdrawal of cymbalta being even an ounce as bad as finding out that you had cancer.

The one good thing about Cymbalta is I know it will never come back.
