Hi everyone. So happy I found this site. I'm 20 years old and have been on Cymbalta for 2 years now. I went up to 60 mg and suffered from suicidal ideation so have been on 40 mg for about a year and a half. Cymablta has helped my anxiety and depression but really destroyed my physical well being. I am finally on a plan to get off and am on day four of my taper from 40 mg. I am decreasing 10 mg every two weeks. Once I ran out and had to take on 20 mg for a few days and became teary, but didn't experience any physical side effects.

Now I am nauseated, experiencing stomach issues, brain fog, exhaustion, etc. I have read through these posts but am really wondering if anyone has found anything to help relieve these withdrawal symptoms. I'm a college student and can't afford to be out of commission for the next 8 weeks. Just looking for any recommendations.
