so, i'm on the phone with my sister, finallly telling her of the withdrawals...i haven't told anyone but you guys so far...as we're talking it dawned on me i may have to cut back my caffeine...i love my morning coffee, but, now i may not need that much stimulant..i'm shakey and talked a hundred miles an hour..we laughed about it and now i'm going to drink a gallon of water thru the day to flush my system and tomorrow morning i will use the 50/50 coffee that i mixed together..wish me hope, guys...ice pak on my neck and hot pak oon my ankle...then off to Sarasota...later...m
