I have been spending more time on this box than ever! But my time has all been directed to learning more about anti-depressants. I have learned so much. More than I could ever explain here. I have consumed hours and hours reading, re-reading and watching videos. And as you all know, sitting still helps with the brain zaps. Anyway, I am going to list some web sites and you can do your own reading in your own time. I am dedicated to this battle. I thank God that I found this site and know that I am not alone in this fight.

This one is about 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan)
There is more information to read on this site. It is http://www.youtube.com
I found a lot of interesting information on youtube. There is one series of videos that I highly recommend everyone watch.

This user is gary1rn
Now, I am not completely computer stupid but I am not sure how to do a lot of things when it comes to sharing videos and sites. This youtube user, gary1rn has 5 videos that pertain to SSRI's. Watch parts 1-4 first and then the last one is called RN FINALE Update Getting Brain Zaps Brain Shivers,TERRIBLE !
The following two links are a story about a woman from New Zealand. I believe this is an international problem, and it is the drug makers fault!

The following link is a youtube video from ABC about Paxil. ALL SSRI's have bad withdraw issues.

Thank you for your time. I hope I can help someone. This is the worst I have ever felt in my life. I don't think I should have ever been on Cymbalta to begin with.

In another post I mentioned that the Berry Amp had helped me. Here is why. The ingredient THEANINE. It is in tea. There is about 20-25mg of thenine in a cup of tea. Please read and then go have a cup of tea! :o
