Does anyone know how it interacts with our withdrawals? I have a horrible time sleeping without waking up - this has been the case even when I was on cymbalta.
I thought this regiment would be a good one: (What do you think?)
1. OmegaBrite - omega 3
2. multi-vitamin
3. vitamin C
4. good diet
5. light exercise - very light right now...
6. melatonin occassionally to sleep - i don't think it is indicated nor have there been studies outcomes done for long term use
