I noticed in several posts that you mention taking benadryl, could you please tell me why and how does it help. I am on day 7 of dropping my cymbalta from 60 mg to 30 mg. I did ok the first two days but now I am noticing some things like, slight headache, feeling alittle like I have the flu.
