Thanks for thinking of me goldenneko and taking the time to suggest it.
I have been through 8 X 2L bottles and 24 small bottles of ginger ale, gallons of ginger tea, even bought some actual ginger root, and now cook with ginger too since I first started taking Crapalta.
It helps some but I don't think there is enough ginger in the world to settle the nausea I have had in the last two months .
And shame on me for not suggesting it to others .
lady2882Nancy - Do you have a Whole Foods, or Trader Joes in your area? See if they have ground ginger. It may be easier to get into your stomach, if you put it in a gel cap. I don't know... just seeing if I can help, even a teeny bit.

Unfortunately the closest store of any kind is about 26 miles/42 km away from me.
I live in the middle of nowhere, all that's here is farmland and a few farmhouses.
We have had 3 1/2 feet /1 metre of snow this winter.
It was -22degreesF /-29.8C here this morning.
I'm jittery and hyper at the same time this morning due to withdrawals
I can hold a 3 way conversation with myself right now
I could go on and on like this but would I make any sense?
Probably not so I will try to stop
If I can

Nancy,
I know that feeling all too well; have you picked up more lemon balm tea or passionflower? I have yet to do so since the chamomile/lemon balm tea works so well with taking theanine. Ran out of theanine actually last night, so I may have to get some more and probably some passionflower as well...
