I was on 120mg for about 6 years and my doctor decided to have me wean down 30mg a week until I was off completely.  This is my 4th day of no pills at all and I find I am developing new symptoms of withdrawl.  My mind feels as though it is skipping and having trouble catching up.  I am becoming nauseous after eating anything, can't fall asleep and feel completely overwhelmed when my visual and auditory senses have different things going on.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to lessen any of this.  I feel like death.

Moviegirl24, welcome to the site. ec1032am, on How To Find Support, just had the same question. I would suggest you look over the answer I posted for him. I think you will find a that this bead counting method is about the best way. It doesn't get rid of all the withdrawal but sure helps minimize it. If you read it over and have questions please let us know. Take care and I hope you get feeling better.
