Hey guys,

So I am on day 16 of being completely off of all medication with the exception of Vitamin D.  This has been a really tough road and I can totally empathize with all of you that are going through this.  On April 4th I spent 6 hours in the ER (first time in an ER in almost 12 years) in which  they did NUMEROUS tests.  I was EXTREMELY weak, nauseous, dizzy and I started to  get the shakes.  I think this was the lowest point through this withdrawal.  My diagnosis was "Labrythitits" (inner ear issue).

Yesterday was not only my birthday but my first day back to work, not an easy task (my job is physically and mentally draining) and I could barely carry on a somewhat normal conversation.  Today was the first day that I felt a little "normal" (with the exception on being dizzy), I even went for a couple mile jog.  Though I am still on the road to recovery from this hellish withdrawal (I doubt it is Labrythitits), things are improving.  If I had to do it all over again, I would have done the bead counting method.

Hang in there guys!!!
