Had a very bad experience while undergoing Cymbalta withdrawal that I wanted to share.

I am now prepared for the dizziness and vertigo I'll experience on Cymbalta withdrawal. I believe it was FiveNotions who suggested pretty much anything with ginger in it, but that has only helped me a little bit in the past. Are there any other suggestions for dealing with the dizziness and vertigo, like vitamin supplements, etc.? (Meclizine didn't work either) I'm wondering if those motion sickness wrist bands will help, too.

Thanks in advance!

Dramamine helps with the dizziness in that it puts me straight to sleep ;)

For the vertigo and dizziness, I found that it slowly got better over time- some months. Then I didn't notice it anymore. You can probably get something to help with nausea, but not much for vertigo and dizziness-- it's very concussion-like: it takes  time.

You can try to avoid standing up suddenly and similar maneuvers.
