Collapsed building

Morning! A chest infection, damn pills that are necessary to heal, Scrat my lovage!

I read about the UK, the most depressed sight, skip the visit. Not my words!
Move in to Canada Scrat, the medical staff are awesome. Free visits, meds at the lowest price. I must say that it's the best in this area. There are a few exceptions, but I was really treated well when I stayed a month.

If they saw me crying, one would immeditely leave his post and would come right over to talk. Ten or twenty minutes, they listened. Better than a vacation.

Building site

Yes Hat - the last thing I needed. Been up most of the night coughing up a lung, and upper tract is very pain when doing so. 7 day course of Amoxicillin 500mg three time a day should be fun. But I always pop up with probiotics as soon as they are finished.

Anywhere would be better than here right now Gail. France also has one of the best heathcare services - and I am only an hour away.. but can't change!

Be careful IUN and don't take any cough medicine containing dextromethorphan as it is a weak ssri and can definitely cause ss.

Also watch for meds containing Pseudoephedrine or Phenylephrine as they can cause heart pounding, raise blood pressure and increase anxiety markedly.

Thanks Hat - I refused the steroids he suggested as I have had reactions to those in the past. For now, I think I will just stick to the Amoxy.

away days (football vernacular?)

Thanks Kathy and thank Gail.

I am still here. I stubbornly continued work and have now flopped into bed to fight this thing off. Times like these that you wish you weren't allergic to painkillers  :(

Man do I feel cr@p. Resting pulse up to 90 courtesy of the Amoxicillin. Bit worried to take second dose right before bed.

scriptures quote

Morning!!!

Thank Hat - I am always getting something or other. Before next dose, resting pulse is 65! Anxiety is a difficult one to measure as it is already there! But interestingly, last night, on the few occasions when I hit REM sleep, my dreams were full of anxiety.

quote accurate

"my dreams were full of anxiety."

That is always my first sign when my anxiety starts to build.

accurate weather

It may well be the amoxy, but anxiety has been a little up and down since the Lexapro drop. The reinstating of the 10mg Citalopram may also have something to do with it.

I will do an update later in my post...
