Brain zaps the last few days. They aren't there when I wake up, but they show up later in the morning. Yesterday they were feeling very electrical and sharp. Sometimes like electricity branching out from my brain to my cheeks, or going down to the tips of my fingers and toes. What an odd feeling.

Hi Ramona,

Good to hear from you. Never had brain zaps here.
Does it last long?
How are you feeling besides those zaps?

Anyone had that at 5 or 6 mg? Anyway to lessen them?

The only way to lessen the brain zaps is to stop decreasing until they go away and then continue at a slower pace.

You have done well Ramona

Thank you! I am feeling OK besides that. I'm not having the zaps as much today as I was yesterday.

If the zaps are tolerable, is it OK to still keep decreasing?

Ramona,

You have come from so far, as LadyNancy says, you have done well.

They say that the last beads are the hardest, but you seem to be doing pretty good. I am amazed. Can't answer your question, but you know the answer, if too tough, slow down.

You are doing great, great and great! Bravissimo!
